Pray For The Persecuted Church

Christians are suffering for their faith all over the world. So often we either don’t hear about it, or have no idea what to do about it. According to International Christian Concern “there are 200 million Christians suffering for their faith every day from
Cuba
to North America to the Muslim Middle East,
India
and the rest of South Asia,
North Korea
,
China
,
Vietnam
and
Indonesia
. Yet they remain largely forgotten by the church in the West.”.
We do not have to be helpless onlookers to the plight of our brothers and sisters in hostile places. We have a powerful weapon, PRAYER. Prayer changes things in the heavenlies, alters circumstances and impacts the hearts of men. Paul said in his letters to the Romans:
Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in [your] prayers to God for me; That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea (unbelieving world); and that my service which [I have] for Jerusalem (among believers) may be accepted by the saints; Romans 15: 30,31
